Terms and Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed within Finland through our online store. The products and services in the online store are intended for personal use.
2. Delivery Time
Your order will be processed and shipped normally within 1-3 business days from the receipt of the order, unless a longer delivery time is specified for the product. Any exceptional situations (e.g., seasons or stock availability) will be communicated on our website.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Conditions
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product (or the last product if your order consists of multiple products delivered in separate shipments). The use of the right of withdrawal is free of charge.

5. Complaints and Faulty Products
If the product you ordered is defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
6. Payment
Payment Service Provider
The payment processing service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will transfer the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask that you first contact the product supplier.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

8. Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise regarding your order, we will attempt to resolve them primarily through our customer service. If disputes cannot be resolved, the customer can contact the Consumer Disputes Board or seek resolution from the local consumer authorities.
